1. Sponsor and Organizer

The GPTtheWorld Weekend Getaway Contest (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored and administered by Sygnifi Networks, LLC (“Sponsor”), the owner of GPTtheWorld.com, with a business address at PO Box 593, Hudsonville, MI 49426. Sponsor is also the owner – operator of the TravHat.com travel booking platform, through which the prize will be fulfilled.

2. Eligibility

This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States (50 states and D.C) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. U.S. residents only are eligible to enter. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor; its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or household members of each such employee are not eligible to enter or win.

3. Sweepstakes Entry Period

The entry period for the Sweepstakes begins on July 18, 2025 at 12:00 PM EDT (the “Start Date”) and ends on August 31, 2025 at 11:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) (the “End Date”). Entries will be accepted only during this period. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. All entries must be received by 11:00 PM EDT on August 31, 2025; entries received after the deadline will be disqualified.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Sweepstakes, during the Entry Period visit the GPTtheWorld Club sign-up page (via GPTtheWorld.com or the promotion link) and join the GPTtheWorld Club for FREE. You will be required to provide your first name, last name, a valid email address (required for contact), and an optional phone number. Once you submit the membership/entry form with the required information, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes drawing. There is no cost or purchase necessary to enter – joining the GPTtheWorld Club is completely free. Limit: One entry per person and per email address for the entire Sweepstakes. You may enter only once.  If an entrant is found to have submitted multiple entries (for example, by using multiple email addresses or identities), all of that entrant’s entries may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.  Entries, that are incomplete or do not comply with these Official Rules (or that contain incorrect information) are void and may be rejected at the Sponsor’s discretion. Automated entries or attempts to bypass the entry process are prohibited and may result in disqualification.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to these Official Rules and to the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

5. Winner Selection and Odds

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted on or about September 10, 2025, by an independent third-party random drawing service (at Sponsor’s direction). There will be one winner, and the selection of the winner is final and binding in all respects.

The odds of winning the prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. No entrant is guaranteed to win. No purchase or payment is required to enter or win, so all eligible entries have an equal chance of winning.

6. Prize Description

Grand Prize (1): The winner will receive a travel voucher credit worth $500 (USD) to be used toward a weekend getaway trip of the winner’s choice booked through TravHat.com, the Sponsor’s travel planning and booking website. This $500 credit (the ”Voucher”) will be applied to the winner’s TravHat.com account and can be used to plan and pay for travel arrangements (flight, hotel, and/or other travel services) up to a total cost of $500, including the applicable taxes and fees. There are no blackout dates for using the Voucher (travel may be booked for any available dates), but all bookings are subject to availability on TravHat.com. The Voucher must be used (redeemed) by December 31, 2025. Any unused portion of the Voucher value that remains after December 31, 2025 will expire and be forfeited. The prize value will not be awarded as cash, and any expenses exceeding $500 (if the winner chooses a trip that costs more than $500) will be the sole responsibility of the winner:

The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize is $500. No substitution, exchange, or cash equivalent of the prize is permitted by the winner: The prize is non-transferable and may only be used by the winner (travel companion(s) may accompany the winner on the booked trip, but the booking must be made by the winner and in the winner’s name). Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the prize (or any portion of the prize) with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen travel documents, vouchers, or booking confirmations once delivered to the winner.

7. Winner Notification and Prize Claim

The potential winner will be notified on September 10, 2025 (or within 1 business day thereafter) via the provided phone number (if any) as a secondary method. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that their email account is active and to check spam/junk folders; Sponsor is not responsible if any winner notification email is filtered or not received due to security settings or incorrect contact information.

The winner will be announced via email and will be given instructions on how to claim the prize. The potential winner will be required to respond to the notification within 7 days (unless another timeframe is stated in the notification email). If the prize notification email is returned as undeliverable, or if the potential winner does not respond within the required time period, that person may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected from among remaining eligible entries, at Sponsor’s discretion.

Before being confirmed as the official winner; the selected entrant will be required to sign and return certain documents provided by Sponsor; which may include an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release (collectively, “Winner Releases”). The required documents will be sent to the winner and must be completed, signed, and returned to Sponsor within 7 days of receipt (or by the deadline indicated) in order to claim the prize. Failure to promptly return the signed Winner Releases or to comply with any instructions in the prize notification may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize, in which case an alternate winner may be drawn.

If the winner is found to be ineligible or disqualified for any reason (for example, if they are not a U.S. resident or if they have violated these Official Rules), they will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be selected. In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address provided at entry (the natural person to whom that email address is assigned by an internet provider or organization).

8. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness (e.g., photograph), biographical information, city and state of residence, and/or prize information for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes in any media, without further compensation or notice. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree that if they are selected as the winner; Sponsor and its agencies may publicize the winner’s name and prize information (for example, in a winner announcement) without additional consent or compensation.

9. General Conditions

By entering or participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and to accept all Sponsor’s decisions as fair and final in all matters relating to this promotion. The Sweepstakes is conducted in the English language and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or to be acting in violation of these Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws; should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies (including attorneys’ fees) from any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either (a) resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Rules, or (b) select the winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment/ cancellation. Sponsor further reserves the right to extend the Entry Period or any deadline if, in Sponsor’s judgment, it is necessary to do so to ensure a fair and proper contest.

All entry materials submitted become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for (and entrants hereby release Sponsor and its agents from liability for) any lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical issues, failures, or malfunctions of telephones, network, servers, satellite, Internet Service Provider (ISP), email systems, or computer hardware/software, or for any other errors or difficulties of any kind that may prevent an individual from successfully entering the Sweepstakes. Proof of sending an entry does not constitute proof of receipt by Sponsor.

10. Release of Liability

By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that the Sponsor, its affiliates and subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) shall not be liable for, and are released and held harmless by entrants from, any claim or cause of action arising from any injuries, damages, or losses of any kind to person or property (including death) that may be sustained in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes, or the receipt, possession, use or misuse of the prize awarded. The Released Parties are not responsible if any prize is delayed, postponed, or cancelled for reasons beyond their control. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the prize is awarded “as is” and the Released Parties make no warranty, representation, or guarantee regarding the prize or any travel booked with the prize, either express or implied.

The winner will be solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes resulting from acceptance of the prize. Sponsor will comply with all IRS reporting requirements; as a condition of winning, the prize winner may be required to provide his/her Social Security Number or tax ID for tax reporting purposes. If required by law, the winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the value of the prize, and may be required to complete an IRS W-9 form before the prize is released

11. Privacy and Data

Any personal information collected from entrants (such as names, emails, and phone numbers) is subject to Sponsor’s privacy practices. This information will be used by Sponsor for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes (including notifying and announcing the winner), and for other purposes consistent with joining the GPTtheWorld Club (for example, you may receive club newsletters or updates via email, which you can opt out of at any time). Sponsor will not sell or disclose entrants’ personal data to unrelated third parties except as necessary for the administration of the contest and prize fulfillment. By entering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described herein and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (please refer to the GPTtheWorld website for details on its privacy policy).

12. Governing Law

This Sweepstakes and the rights and obligations of participants and Sponsor will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without giving effect to conflicts of law principles. By entering, entrants agree that any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Michigan. Entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts of Michigan for the resolution of any such disputes.

13. Winner’s List and Official Rules

The winner’s first name, last initial, and state may be announced on GPTtheWorld.com or via Sponsor’s social media once confirmed. To request the name of the winner (available after the winner is confirmed), or to request a copy of these Official Rules, you may send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: GPTtheWorld Weekend Getaway Contest – Winner Request, c/o Sygnifi Networks, LLC, PO Box 593, Hudsonville, MI 49426. Requests must be received by December 31, 2025. (The Winner’s List will be available only after the winner has been verified and the prize has been awarded.)
